The grapes for this sparkling wine come from the Limarí Valley, a terroir in northern Chile that is characterized as an ideal area for varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Limarí has a particular climate since it does not have rain in spring and summer. Thus, it has a distinctive clear sky, high UV radiation, and fresh winds due to marine influence.
The soil, for its part, is distinguished by its minerality, which provides the terroir with unique characteristics such as fine acidity and incomparable aromas.
This sparkling wine, made using the Charmat method, is bright yellow in color with golden tones. It has aromas that evoke intense and persistent fruit notes, with a creamy touch like butter. On the palate it has a good body and balanced acidity, which gives it freshness and a long finish, making it a unique, elegant and very fresh wine.
It is ideal as an aperitif, or accompanied by fish and seafood dishes, cheeses, white meats or pasta. It also pairs very well with desserts.
